Application analytics (TenancyEngine)
Usage and adoption metrics for a registered application — tenant counts, active users, sign-in trends, and feature adoption snapshots.
Console: Application workspace → Analytics (/applications/:id/analytics)
Requires Applications read. Data is aggregated from platform telemetry and tenant activity; sensitive PII is not shown in summary charts.
What you see
- Tenant growth — new tenants over time and current active vs suspended counts
- User activity — sign-ins and session volume (when your product reports usage events)
- Environment breakdown — Production vs Staging vs Development tenant distribution
- Plan mix — share of tenants on each L1 offering when entitlements are assigned
Charts default to the last 30 days. Use the date range control to compare periods.
Data freshness
Metrics refresh on a short delay (typically a few minutes). Sandbox and development environments may show lower volume or be excluded from production rollups depending on your configuration.
