Your settings (TenancyEngine)
Personal preferences for the TenancyEngine console. Changes apply to your login on this device and do not alter tenant apps or product contracts.

Appearance
Choose light, dark, or system theme. The preference is stored locally and follows your browser profile.
Notifications
Control email and in-console alerts for account and billing events tied to your login. Disabled channels skip outbound messages; some actions may still be recorded in the audit log.
Security
Open Security settings in the console (/settings/security) to review MFA status, backup codes, and trusted devices.
For initial TOTP enrollment or email verification, use Account hub (opens the identity host in a new tab):
- Enable or manage multi-factor authentication (authenticator app, SMS, or email codes)
- Regenerate backup codes
- Review linked external sign-in providers
MFA enrollment shows a scannable QR code plus a manual key for authenticator apps.
Onboarding
Organization admins can reopen the Getting started checklist from Settings. If the welcome wizard is still pending, Continue welcome setup appears here as well.
Platform operator links
Platform operators see links to scoped admin surfaces — platform settings, organizations, platform plans, applications, and tenants — when their permissions allow. Vendor organization admins see billing and team links under Your account in the sidebar.
